Ato Getachew Worku: Chair:
MSc holder from the university of Aberdeen. Involved in rural development activity since graduation in different capacities. To date he is the excutive director of Agriservice Ethiopia,a national NGO contributing much to the development of rural poor.
Since we at Agriservice Ethiopia share a lot in terms of vision and mission with SUNARMA, I joined the organization as a member of the general assembly in 2003 and I was elected as a member of the board. After completing my term I was re-elected as chair person since 2007.

Position: Programme Coordinator
Qualifiation: PHD in Farm Management
Job Summary: He ensures result oriented programme management and provides adequate support and coordination, as well as, capacity building of projects and the organization as whole. He is also responsible for strategic, annual operation plans, monitoring and evaluation of projects and coordinate training programmes. Qualification: MSC in Rural Development and Food Security
Heriya Ahmed – Secretary/Cashier
Qualification; Diploma in secreterial science and BA degree in marketing management; five years work experience.
Job Summary: Handling the office management, doing secretarial works and responsible for receiving, paying out money and keeping financial records of the SUNARMA.

Job Summary: Preparing financial reports for donors and the government, preparing payroll and other payments, and assisting the admin and finance head with finance related activities
Dawit Aychew
Position: Admin and Finance Head
Qualification: BA in Accounting
Job Summary: He manages the administration and finance section. He also handles the financial, material and human resources; ensures the timely preparation of financial reports, does budget controlling; makes certain the smooth flow of supplies to field offices, projects and the head office; plans procurement requirements, property management; organizes tenders; facilitates the employment of new staff.
Tamiru Legesse: - Communications Officer.
Job Summary: Developing a communication strategy, preparing various communication materials (news releases, web stories, and background briefings) for the staff and outside audience, developing processes to facilitate better communication within Ethiopia and international, building relationship with other agencies and the media.
